Report types
Total Work Hours
Hours worked per employee — the basis for salary calculation, accounting for shifts and overtime per your policy.
Work Hours Summary
Attendance summarised by daily, weekly or monthly periods.
Productivity
Splits time into productive and non-productive hours, flagging late arrivals, early departures, extra breaks and absences. With flexible hours, time beyond the official shift counts as productive; with fixed hours it does not.
User Details
Personal data on record: employee code, name, address, e-mail and phone.
Event Details
Every check-in and check-out with its exact time and physical device location.
Arrival & Departure
The daily pattern per employee: first check-in, attendance status (present, absent, on leave), lunch and additional breaks, and check-out.
Late arrival is measured against the official shift start and can be controlled by fixing the shift end time for check-ins; early departure is measured against shift end and controlled by fixing the shift start time for check-outs. All reports can be customised and exported — see Tally ERP and QuickBooks payroll exports.
From report to payroll
The Total Work Hours report is the one most companies export to payroll. It sums verified time per employee by day, week, month or a custom period, in decimal hours, as CSV or Excel. See the payroll integration guides →
Every figure is verified. Reports are built only from biometric matches, so the hours you pay are the hours that were worked — no buddy punching, no manual corrections.
