Is there a free plan?
Yes — Free is free forever for up to 5 employees, with face check-in, GPS tracking, timesheets & reports and work schedules. Upgrade any time for fingerprint or iris, RFID/barcode and access control.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed per employee, per month — €1.50 on Standard, €3.00 on Premium. Yearly billing saves 20%. Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial.
What do the apps cost?
The Attend self check-in app is free with unlimited installs on Windows, Android and iOS. The Admin app for shared check-in devices is a €95 one-time licence per device.
How is visitor management priced?
Per visitor check-in, on top of your plan: €0.03 on Standard and €0.05 on Premium, metered monthly. Premium adds visitor queue, visit notes, badge/receipt printing and notifications. Not available on the Free plan.
Can we run NCheck on our own servers?
Yes — on-premises runs the same product on your infrastructure as a one-time purchase, licensed by employee count, with a 30-day free trial of the server. Contact us with your user count and sites for a quote.
Attend app is free with unlimited installs. Admin app is a €95 one-time licence per device. On-premises is a one-time purchase priced by employee count. NCheck runs on phones, tablets, webcams and terminals you already own. Prices exclude local duties and taxes.
